Circuit Training
What is a GOT MUSCLE?
The classes consist of strength training, balance
improvement exercises, core strengthening exercises and
cardio. It’s a full body work out, in one hour.
There
are 10 station set up, each one working a different body
part or a multi-muscle exercise (example-squats and bicep
curls…using two muscle groups at the same time). I start
the class by showing you how each station exercise is to be
preformed and everyone takes their spot in a station. Each
station lasts 1 minute long. After the 1 minute is complete,
the class members stand up and do 30 seconds of cardio
(example-jumping jacks, straight jump ups). Then it is back
to the next exercise station for 1 minute then cardio for 30
seconds until the class completes all 10 stations. Once all
10 stations are completed, the group starts all over again.
We finish the class with a great abdominal work out and then
some light stretching to improve flexibility. The class runs
about 80 minutes long. Each class is set up different, so
there is no chance of you getting bored.
What is the class schedule?
Mondays at 9:15 AM & 6:30 PM,
Wednesdays at 9:15 AM & 6:30 PM and
Saturdays at 7:00 AM & 8:30 AM
What is the cost?
The cost is $5 per session (first session is free)
with package plans available.

and click on the “class sign up” page. Fill it out
completely and you are ready to go. Classes take place at
Epiphany Lutheran Church in Centerville, in room 16.
